XJ―65型橡胶挤出机及底胶卷取机
一、用途：本套设备主要有橡胶挤出机和底胶卷取机组成。橡胶挤出机是利用不同形状的机头和口型，可以挤出各种不同截面的橡胶制品。底胶卷取机将挤出成型的压缩层按一定速度进行卷取，设备为双条胶料同时卷取，采用光电、变频控制，停开卷取自停，速度无级调整。 1、 Application This set of equipment is formed by extruder and base vubber taking-up machine.The extruder uses different shaped machine head and dies to extrude different sectioned rubber products. Base rubber taking-up machine takes up the building compression layer extruded by the extruder with certain speed.The machine is taking up the 2-piece glue size together, using photoelectricity frequency converting controlling and is oautomatically stoppring when stop opening taking-up.The speed is gorened by no degree.
