使簾布与衬布分裂，衬布自动卷取，簾布撕裂成所需的宽度，并且自动卷取成盘。

It is used to sperate the cord from the lining.While the lining is automatically taken up and the cord is split into belts with desired width and then automatically taken up on a disc.
